We have a lot to be thankful for this year: a terrific, bountiful harvest comes immediately to mind, but we are also thankful for the fantastic people who continually come into our lives by virtue of enjoying the Chardonnay and Cabernet we produce. We couldn’t ask for a better group of friends and fans.

This Beef Tenderloin with Roasted Sweet Potatoes is a dreamy recipe to cook with your favorite culinary partner in crime. Inspired by the golden blooms of mustard sprouting up between our vineyard rows, Far Niente Chef Sarah Walz encased the tenderloin with toasted mustard seed to give it a Napa Valley twist.
