One of things we enjoy most about our winemaking passion is how attuned we are to the seasons. When the vines turn dormant in the winter (and our winemaker takes a much-deserved vacation) it’s not long before we begin anticipating the next growing season. This new start is marked with a whisper of green that seems to appear all at once with bud break.
This year, all of Napa Valley is off to an early start. We’ve enjoyed warm, sun-filled days while many of our friends in other parts of the country were counting inches--and feet--of snow! Next, the vines will continue to grow and we’ll have bloom and fruit set to look forward to. Stay tuned!
