Yes, someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the shipments. Shipping to a business address is encouraged, though not required. You may also provide a local UPS store or FedEx Hold at Location address to use and make arrangements for shipments to be received there on your behalf. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
This How-To Guide is a great resource. We’ll also include a direct link to available wines in each shipment notification. If you don’t see a particular bottle that you were hoping to add, please call our Wine Club specialist line at 707-302-3635.

In general, members must be present to receive their complimentary tastings at Far Niente and Nickel & Nickel. However, members do receive four referral tasting passes to each winery per year. If you’d like to use one of your referral passes, please let us know when you’re booking the experience. If members are unable to join their group (and don’t want to use their referral passes), we are happy to extend 50% savings on tasting fees to club member guests, up to a party of 4.
If you want to add an additional club to your existing membership, or you simply decide that one of our other wine clubs is a better fit for your palate, please email us at email@example.com or call 707-302-3635.
Club members now receive $20* flat rate ground and cold chain shipping on their wine club orders. *$50 flat rate for AK and HI. Additional tenure benefits apply.
We now have two shipping locations which means members in most cities receive their wines in 2-3 days via ground shipping. In states where it’s too hot to ship ground, we will ship via FedEx cold chain which takes longer but ensures your wine travels to the hub in temperature control at which point it gets upgraded to priority to be delivered by 12pm.
Unless you have already specified FedEx for your shipment, we ship our wines via UPS ground. If you’d like to request FedEx, please contact us at 707-302-3635 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

"As the vaccination pace rises and the country opens up, many are planning their first getaway in nearly a year. Napa Valley has always been an idyllic destination for rest and relaxation, and the bucolic region continues to offer one of the dreamiest spots in which to enjoy not only some of the best wine in the world, but also California’s legendary sunshine. Hire a car service or select your designated driver, follow this three-day itinerary that winds through some of the Valley’s best wineries and most beautiful estates, and enjoy the type of incomparable and memorable travel experiences you’ve so been missing."
"Everyone knows you can’t judge a book by its cover. In this case you can. Far Niente is a producer of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay based in Oakville, (Napa Valley) California. If there is a more attractive label in all the wine world, I haven’t seen it. This one always grabs my attention. The label shows the winery nestled between the surrounding foothills and the vineyards all framed by vines with bright green foliage and plump, redolent grapes ready for harvest. I have tasted Far Niente Cabs and Chardonnays over the years and its single vineyard Nickel and Nickel wines and they always remind me this is luxury in a glass."
"If mom is a wine aficionado, set up a virtual tasting with the help of California's top wine estates. Set the scene with cheese and fruit and crackers and a few bottles of her favorite vintages—You can set up custom online virtual tastings with the Far Niente Family of Wineries and Vineyards, which includes Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel, EnRoute, Bella Union, and Dolce. During this complimentary experience, one of the talented wine educators from Far Niente will walk you through a personally curated selection of wine in a private live video tasting experience."
"Far Niente winemaker Nicole Marchesi is celebrating the warmer weather in Napa Valley with a chardonnay and fresh salad pairing. "I particularly look for chardonnay that has a silky or oily texture and a full palate that goes well with food," she says. "Last year I discovered Yotam Ottolenghi's vegetarian cookbook, Plenty. My absolute favorite salad is his soba noodles with eggplant and mango." Marchesi adds that this fresh, bright dish draws out the floral and nutty top notes, layered melon flavors, and tropical undertones in their chardonnay."
